Graduate Student

Yuanzhao Zhang is a graduate student in the Motter Group, interested in the spontaneous emergence of order and pattern in complex networked systems. These can be a group of fireflies flashing in synchrony, audience in a theater clapping together, or interconnected neurons adapting their connections in response to outside stimuli.

When not working, Yuanzhao doesn't like doing laundry, washing dishes, or taking the CTA to downtown.
