Victoria is a second-year Materials Science & Engineering doctoral student. She is a part of the Center for Scientific Studies in the Arts, a collaboration between Northwestern University and the Art Institute of Chicago. Her current research is focused on combining microstructural and chemical information on antimonate crystal systems in Bronze Age glasses to understand ancient glassmaking techniques and raw materials. She is an ARCS Foundation Scholar and Cabell Fellow. When not on campus, she can be found upside-down on a yoga mat or competing at pub trivia.
